BIOG Tara House, or Teach na Teamhrach as we would say in our native tongue, offers modern accommodation as well as fine dining in a friendly and charming environment. Set just beside the town of Navan, Tara House is the perfect location for both the tourist and business visitor.

Teach Na Teamhrach hosted the very 1st Navan Live 2010 and played host to thousands of people who came out to see Sharon Shannon & The Big Band & The Saw Doctors in September of 2010.

For the tourist, Tara House is perfectly situated centrally in the Royal County of Meath in close proximity to landmark tourist destinations, such as the UNESCO World Heritage Site at Newgrange where you will find Megalithic Passage Tombs more than 5,000 years old.

Also nearby is the ancient seat of the High Kings of Ireland built upon the Hill of Tara. The remains of Trim Castle, the largest Norman Fort in Europe are only 8 miles away in the Heritage town of Trim. More recently, the castle played a central role in the filming of the Mel Gibson movie 'Braveheart'.

For the business visitor, Tara House is conveniently located near to the N3 Primary route to Dublin which is only 27 miles away. Dublin airport is also easily accessible.
